Who are JP Diamonds?
We started trading as an online jewellery retailer, offering customers the opportunity to purchase a range of diamond jewellery and wedding bands at exceptional prices on our website. Our online success has resulted in the opening of a showroom in Bristol and more recently in Hatton Garden.
We offer unrivalled choice in the very best quality diamond jewellery and loose stones. All of our diamonds are certified and created from individual diamonds sourced worldwide. We specialise in hand crafted diamond rings and our professional craftsmen design and set each piece of jewellery.

What certificates will my diamond jewellery come with?
All of our diamonds over 0.25ct are certified by independent grading entities, whose expert gemmologists evaluate each diamond\s particular characteristics and attributes, including the clarity, cut, colour, carat weight and fluorescence. We use only the most respected grading houses for their diamonds, known for their consistency, stringency and impartiality when grading diamonds. We only recommend GIA and AGS, particularly when buying over the internet.
Do you offer any guarantees with your jewellery?

What are conflict diamonds?
A conflict diamond originates from areas of the world where diamond mining is not regulated and where militant forces or mercenaries use diamonds to fund illegal activities within their own or neighbouring countries.We pride ourselves on sourcing ethically superior diamonds and are very careful in our choice of suppliers for diamonds and metals. We can guarantee that our diamonds are conflict-free and purchased from legitimate sources. Our diamonds are natural, high quality stones from reliable sources produced under strict ethical and environmental standards.
Choosing your jewellery
How do I choose a diamond?
When choosing a diamond, equal consideration should be given to the colour, clarity and cut. We recommend selecting a diamond with a colour grade of I or better and clarity of no less than SI2.
How do I choose a suitable metal for my piece of jewellery?
When choosing the metal for your piece of jewellery it is important to take into consideration individual taste, how often the piece will be worn and the wearer’s preference on the weight and feel of the jewellery.
How do I work out a ring size?
If you are not sure of the ring size we are happy to send a ring sizer free of charge. Simply call us at one of our showrooms or email us via the Contact Us page.Can you re-size jewellery if necessary?
We can re-size jewellery after it has been purchased. This is a simple process which takes approximately 5 working days.

Do you hallmark rings?
All of our rings are hallmarked by our professional craftsmen.Can you create a bespoke piece of jewellery for me?
Our team of setters are experienced at working on individual designs and requirements. With our custom design service, we offer an unrivalled quality service on a one to one basis. Our qualified designers work with you on your design, establishing your personal preference and inspiration, as well as offering professional and creative advice.
All of our diamonds can be set in the setting of your choice and we are happy to take a design you may have found on the high street or an online retailer and provide a quote, which can often save you several hundreds of pounds.
Ordering
How do I place my order?
You can order online, on one of our showrooms or over the telephone. We require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order with the remaining 50% paid on the day the jewellery is collected or despatched.
Our online ordering process is very straightforward. When you have chosen your piece of jewellery, your preferred design, metal, diamond carat, colour, clarity and size, simply add to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards online and in our showrooms.
Will you confirm my order in writing?
We confirm every order in writing via email.
How long will my jewellery take?
Orders within the UK take between 7 and 10 working days from receipt of the order.
How will I receive my jewellery?
You have the option of picking your jewellery from one of our two showrooms or receiving the piece via special delivery.
How is the jewellery packaged?
All of our jewellery is packaged in a JP Diamonds branded wooden presentation box, designed to compliment your piece and protect it when it isn’t being worn.
Can I use a different delivery address?
We are happy to deliver to a different address to the order address.
Can you package my jewellery in unbranded packing?
All of our jewellery is packaged in an unbranded protected envelope.
Can I return my jewellery if I don’t like it?
If you change your mind about your jewellery we will take it back. Please liaise with our team if you wish to return jewellery.
My jewellery was a bespoke design, can I still return it?
We are unable to accept jewellery which has been designed to your specification. We are confident that jewellery we design will meet your expectations and our team of setters will keep you involved in the process every step of the way.
How much do you charge to re-size a ring?
We do not charge to re-size rings.
